How to get Smooth and Healthy Glowing Skin in Minutes

It's not a breakthrough in beauty, but what I want to teach you today is one of the oldest treatments used by women all over the world...Yes, I am talking about a body scrub. One that you can make at home by using the ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. Your skin will thank you, and you just can't go wrong by treating yourself to a smoother, sexier, younger looking skin.

Why do I bother to  promote a body scrub?
  • It removes dead skin and refreshes you
  • Helps with blood circulation
  • Massages your body
  • Most of all... It makes it smooth and soft
What you will need...
  • 1 cup of Ionized Sea salt.
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 2 table spoon of honey (optional)
  • A few drops of scented essential oil( try lavender or peppermint)

Mix it all together and you have your own home made body scrub.

Note: Before massaging your body with it, make sure you wet your skin, so the mixture goes on smoother.
Do it for at least 4 minutes, then rinse your skin with luke-warm water.

Bonus tip

Do the scrubbing a day before if you plan on going tanning. (out or indoor)
This will make the surface of your skin smoother, so that it will absorb any body oil, self tanning or tanning lotion faster and better- to give you an even and stain free, healthier looking tan.
