I feel like I've been to hell and back since I joined the gym.I worked out harder and longer, with no results. I was getting depressed, then I got happy for a second, and went back to sad again thanks to my weight scale.
Back and forth...back and forth and I started to feel like a chicken without its head running into so many obstacles on the way to my dream size "0". In the few months of this battle I have learned a lot, but obviously I still get surprised by the simplest facts, and this time I was able to finally see something good coming out of my hard work.
By doing just one thing differently I finally saw a change in my appearance. For athletes it's probably as simple as breathing, but we "normal" people don't pay much attention to it...So what is my big secret?
All I did was change my protein to carbohydrate ratio. I cut 3/4 of carbohydrates from my diet and replaced it with proteins. I stopped eating foods high in carbohydrates after 6pm and my last meal is just protein.I actually replaced my last meal with a protein shake.
I got something that tastes really good, and has 42grams of protein per serving. My "Myoplex" dark chocolate shake tastes just like chocolate milk and has barely any sugar in it. I truly recommend this liquid protein simply because just by drinking it and by following my workout routine I was able to fit into my size"2" jeans within one month.
