Its 2010 so Yes first night is ok, but you will have to be a good judge of character. If you really like him and the chemistry is to die for then why not. Why deprive yourself? If you are comfortable with him, trust him, and your body is calling for it then go for it and enjoy. Just remember to use protection and be willing to understand that what happens after will depend on the particular guy and his intentions (So be realistic in your expectations). Just because he slept with you and it was a perfect romance, does not mean that he is ready to settle or wants a relationship.

Contrary to the common held belief, Sleeping with him early will not adversely affect his decision to stay with you or leave. Instead, it will depend on "everything else". Some examples are:
